Sonic

It's no secret to those who know me well that I am grateful for Sonic. It's probably sad just HOW grateful I am for Sonic. It is the fuel that gets me through a long day (or project), our Friday afternoon "we survived another week" treat {during happy hour, of course}, Steve's "my wife has had a hard day and I will be a hero if I bring it home" go-to item, my "pass the time while I wait for my dancers" stop, the perfect "my friend could use a pick-me-up" (and so could I) ... you get the idea. There is something magic about the vanilla they add to my Diet Dr. Pepper that makes me plain happy. It's a little sad that some of the employees know us fairly well (although I'm pretty sure they don't know our names) but I tip them to keep them quiet - heaven forbid anyone were to REALLY know how often we go. I've actually cut back recently in my efforts to eat a little better ... join me for a moment of silence. I sure hope the carhops aren't worried about us!

P.S. I'm also loving the fun camera apps that I have on my new {in August} phone ... so.much.fun!!! Seriously - who would have thought you could take such cool pics w/ a phone?
